Honestly, I feel frustrated to hear the news because most of the members of the

club do not have too much money and time for this situation.

To make issues better, I will venture a couple of suggestions. One alternative is to

let members offer the books free once or twice per semester instead of stopping

offering of one free book each month to make sure that all members have chances

to enhance their knowledge and know more about our club. Besides, I do not think

waiting for 4 weeks should be worked because our members may get a bit angry.

Therefore, we should deal with delivery service and shorten the time of delivering

as much as possible.

I believe that a lot of members have the same suggestion as me.
