UNIT 1: Hello!

I./ OBJECTIVE:

1. Knowledge: By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able greet their friends,

telling their names.

a. Vocabulary: - Names: Alex, Dan, Sue, Alice, May, Sam, Tom…

b. Grammar: Simple present statements with “be”. I’m = I am

2. Ability needed

Groupwork and independent working, pair work, linguistic competence,

cooperative learning and communicative competence

- Skills: Introduce their names, listen and write the names correctly.

3. Attitude: - Students know how to introduce their names.

- Be friendly.

3. Ask some students write the answers

then correct.

4. Games and activities:

Play Bingo names. T explains the game

rules.
